RepastHPC

Repast for High Performance Computing (Repast HPC) is a lean and expert-focused C++-based agent-based modeling and simulation system designed for use on large computing clusters and supercomputers. This build also installs the legacy netCDF C++ API (netcdf-cxx 4.2) that Repast HPC requires, using the copy bundled in the Repast HPC source tarball.

salloc

A version of RepastHPC can then be made available with one of the following:

module load RepastHPC/2.3.1-foss-2023b
