Following the recent operating system upgrade, software listings and module load commands now reflect the upgraded system. Some examples and notices are still being updated and may contain outdated guidance.
MLP_NeuroSim
MLP+NeuroSim V3.0: a device-circuit-algorithm benchmark framework for synaptic device technologies (SRAM and emerging NVMs) in a simple multilayer perceptron trained on MNIST. Developed by Prof. Shimeng Yu’s group (Georgia Tech).
NOTE: distributed under CC BY-NC 4.0 (non-commercial use only). Simulation parameters are compiled in (Param.cpp, Cell.cpp, main.cpp); the source tree is installed under $EBROOTMLP_NEUROSIM/src for users who want to modify and rebuild. The binary reads the MNIST text files from the CURRENT working directory, so run it from (or symlink) $MLP_NEUROSIM_DATA.
Note
This is an autogenerated page, more detail including examples may be available for this package. Please see the first section of Software on Stanage
After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:
srun --pty bash -i
A version of MLP_NeuroSim can then be made available with one of the following:
module load MLP_NeuroSim/3.0-20211102-foss-2025b
Notes
MLP_NeuroSim was installed using Easybuild, build details can be found in $EBROOTMLP_NEUROSIM/easybuild with a given module loaded.
