matplotlib

matplotlib is a python 2D plotting library which produces publication quality figures in a variety of hardcopy formats and interactive environments across platforms. matplotlib can be used in python scripts, the python and ipython shell, web application servers, and six graphical user interface toolkits.

After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:

srun --pty bash -i

A version of matplotlib can then be made available with one of the following:

module load matplotlib/3.8.2-gfbf-2023b
module load matplotlib/3.7.2-gfbf-2023a
