CDFlib

cdflib is a python module to read/write CDF (Common Data Format .cdf) files without needing to install the CDF NASA library.

After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:

srun --pty bash -i

A version of CDFlib can then be made available with one of the following:

module load CDFlib/0.4.9-foss-2022a
