libgit2

libgit2 is a portable, pure C implementation of the Git core methods provided as a re-entrant linkable library with a solid API, allowing you to write native speed custom Git applications in any language which supports C bindings.

After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:

srun --pty bash -i

A version of libgit2 can then be made available with one of the following:

module load libgit2/1.5.0-GCCcore-12.2.0
module load libgit2/1.4.3-GCCcore-11.3.0
module load libgit2/1.1.1-GCCcore-11.2.0
