LMDB

LMDB is a fast, memory-efficient database. With memory-mapped files, it has the read performance of a pure in-memory database while retaining the persistence of standard disk-based databases.

After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:

srun --pty bash -i

A version of LMDB can then be made available with one of the following:

module load LMDB/0.9.29-GCCcore-11.3.0

LMDB was installed using Easybuild, build details can be found in $EBROOTLMDB/easybuild with a given module loaded.
