BamTools

BamTools provides both a programmer’s API and an end-user’s toolkit for handling BAM files.

After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:

srun --pty bash -i

A version of BamTools can then be made available with one of the following:

module load BamTools/2.5.2-GCC-12.3.0

BamTools was installed using Easybuild, build details can be found in $EBROOTBAMTOOLS/easybuild with a given module loaded.
