FreeSurfer

FreeSurfer is a set of tools for analysis and visualization of structural and functional brain imaging data. FreeSurfer contains a fully automatic structural imaging stream for processing cross sectional and longitudinal data.

After connecting to Stanage (see Establishing a SSH connection), start an interactive session with the following command:

srun --pty bash -i

A version of FreeSurfer can then be made available with one of the following:

module load FreeSurfer/7.4.1-centos7_x86_64

FreeSurfer was installed using Easybuild, build details can be found in $EBROOTFREESURFER/easybuild with a given module loaded.
